Steps
- Connect Search Console read-only and confirm your site is listed.
- Baseline: top queries and pages, CTR, indexing issues.
- Keyword research with OpenSEO for the gap topics.
- GEO pass on 3 pages (structure, FAQ, schema, llms.txt), delivered as PRs.
- Re-check after 28 days.
Traps to avoid
- The low-adoption GSC MCP (sarahpark had 10 stars when checked); pin the version and review the code
- Chasing volume over intent
